Strawberry Sourdough Starter

All of these sourdough starters are descendants of my personal starter, Dorothy. Each package includes a small jar, a bag of dehydrated starter, and detailed instructions. This is a STRAWBERRY sourdough starter.

You'll receive 50 grams of Dorothy, who is nurtured with unbleached all-purpose flour and occasionally bread flour. To begin your sourdough journey, simply rehydrate the starter, allow it to double in size, and start baking—no month-long wait required.

Please note, as the starter is dehydrated, it may require up to three feedings to fully awaken. Be patient, and soon you'll have a vibrant starter ready for baking.
